I made a first order £285 and none of the suits me. As they advertised, cloths qualities are terrible and size are not fit as the standard.

After received the goods in 2 days, My father passed away in Sri Lanka and I flew to Sri Lanka and came back after 2 weeks and immediately I returned the goods and got back only voucher which is useless as I don't like their cloths quality.

I was requesting for the refund as this voucher is not useful as I am not going to order with them again. No response at all.

Very careful with this company before order.

This company is an absolute rip off I ordered a jumper and was not happy with quality of it so I sent it back and wanted a refund they messaged back with a joke of a reply and would not give me a refund or send jumper back, they then proceeded to stop communication and block me on all social media platforms DO NOT, I REPEAT DO NOT WASTE YOUR HARD EARNED MONEY ON THIS COMPANY #SCAMMERS

Unfortunately, very poor customer service and return policy.

The winter jacket ordered was delivered damaged. Probably with a cat knife 3 cuts were made. After sending pictures to Blakely and asking for an exchange, the exchange was refused. The reason given was that the damage was not a manufacturing fault and would not be refunded.

This is now the second time that Blakely have refused a refund. So the clothes are good, but you have to be lucky that everything fits and is not torn.

I had to get paypal involved to hopefully get a refund at all. It was only after I got Paypal involved that I had to send it back to them and I am still waiting for a reply. By the way, the item was shipped from a German seller but had to be sent to the UK.

Bought 3 jumpers from them now. Not one of them has washed well even following the washing guidelines for the material…

Fast delivery and the fit of the clothing is really good and true to size. Really high quality of products too, have purchased many items over the years and will continue to do so.

Blakely went to Primark and put some cheap branding on the back of their sweatshirts - I almost fell for it. Do not buy this crap. It's horrifyingly cheap material. Very lightweight and no substance or class to it. Given that Blakely charge their unsuspecting customers ridiculous amounts of money for cheap products - that you will have to pay the return costs for - including tracking otherwise your 'return' might go 'missing'.... MADE IN CHINA...

They shipped me a heavily worn shirt. And I have to pay for mailing it back and take a risk of not acceptance as they say that the shirt must be new :)))))

My experience with Blakely has been fantastic. I ordered the wrong size and the team were really helpful and efficient.

My favourite products that I purchased were the Isabel and the Blakely London sweatpants. The quality is amazing and everything is so comfortable! Would definitely recommend.

Bought a few items from them, shirts and jackets. Jackets are very hit and miss but their shirts are genuinely incredible, smartest denim shirts I've ever tried on and their dressier shirts are very good material, despite the typical overly filtered images (as if to hide something) they use on their site their shirts are pretty damn suave just be careful with the sizing, for the first time in my life I've worn a "small" that actually fit well with still plenty of wiggle room and i'm not a particularity thin guy but it's the chest measurements that matter if you are average build you can probably get a small for a nice slim fit look, the sizing label is just guidance.

Excellent support and service from Laura in the CS Team to resolve me ordering the wrong size clothes. Corrected quickly, kept informed me via email and the correct size is on the way cannot fault the service. Thank you Laura

I have bought from this company several times in the past and always have an excellent experience. The clothing is great quality and actually looks good when you wear it. I have perhaps been lucky but delivery has also always been early or on time and clearly tracked. Just had a great interaction with their customer support team with changing an order as I accidentally ordered the wrong thing. All sorted very quickly. If I could give 10 stars then I would.
